Friday's Lunch

So we went to lunch yesterday with virtual friends ;-). It is wonderful to get to know these people, pray with/for them, care for them, then meet them in person, and realize they are as wonderful in person.

First baths

Last night Noah had his first official bath. He didn't mind too much. He alternated between screaming, and just glaring at me. The picture with Jonathon, is after his bath when he was worn out and sleeping.

So the transition from three to four isn't too hard, so far. My oldest LOVES his little brother. We still a little shell shocked from the super fast delivery, and lack of sleep. But Noah is definetly fitting in around here. He is getting a bit if a temper (like when we don't move fast enough) I can't help but laugh when he makes his angry baby face.

two days in a row

Wow! Can you believe I made it back here so quickly? Okay, so my boss calls me everyday to ask when I am coming back. I guess on one hand I should be happy that I am needed, on the other hand, I want to have a bath and not have to get out to talk to him about work. My hubby and my son think that if the phone rings and it is for me, that they should bring it to me, regardless of what I may be doing: potty break, nap, bath, diaper change...

Wow

So can we say I forgot about this silly site. I will blame it on DCF and the pregnancy. I have had a new baby boy, Noah, born 1/29/07, he was 7 lbs 8 oz. and 19 3/4 inches long. Today at his 2 week check up, he was 9 lbs 6 oz, and 20 3/4 inches long. Breastmilk rocks. My other son, Jonathon, is such a wonderful big brother, it is so sweet, it is painful to watch. My hubby spends so much time just gazing at him, and holding him, it's a competition just to get to hold him. I guess that is a good thing. Right now Noah is more like a pet than another child. Speaking of pets, we no longer have most of the kittens, or the rabbits. Rabbits went to live with the in-laws, and some of the cats too. We are downsizing the animals in the hopes of moving soon. I have been off of work for awhile, had blood pressure problems at the end of my pregnancy. Hopefully that is all past now. So now I am just rambling. Going to go see if I can post more pictures.
